Italian Meatballs 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup bread crumbs 1/2 Cup fresh chopped parsley or 2 tablespoons Parsley 1 Teaspoon Onion Flakes 1 Teaspoon dry Yellow Mustard Seed Powder 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning Powder 1 clove garlic minced or 1/4 teaspoon Granulated Garlic 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt 1/3 Cup tomato sauce Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400° 2. Combine all ingredients and mix. 3. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meat balls and place on lightly oiled broiling pan. 4. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until done. 5. Serve over pasta. Top with marinara or spaghetti sauce. Serves 6. Prep time: 60 minutes |
