Rum Ginger Marinade

1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 cup rum
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chopped Crystallized Ginger

1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic or 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic

1/4 teaspoon ground Cayenne Pepper Medium Heat


1.  Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour over meat and marinade in the refrigerator for 4 to 8 hours.

Prep time: 10 minutes, Yield: about 1 cup

This marinade will work for up to 2 lbs of meat.
