Cajun Seasoned Turkey Fillets 4 skinless boneless turkey fillets 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning Mild Heat Directions: 1. Combine olive oil and garlic granules and rub into turkey breasts. 2. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of turkey breasts. 3. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Add turkey to skillet just as the butter turns golden. 5. Reduce heat to medium and sauté for 10-12 minutes or until cooked throughout, turning frequently. Serves: 4 Prep Time: 20 minutes |
