Low Sodium Potato Skins 1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind 1 tablespoon Rosemary Leaf Buttery cooking spray 3 medium potatoes, russet is best Directions: 1. Heat oven to 380 F 2. Clean and fork pierce potatoes and put into oven for 1 hour 3. When the skins are crisp remove from oven and cut them in half 4. Remove the pulp but leave ¼ inch attached to the skins 5. Spray the buttery cooking spray into the insides of the skins 6. Rub the rosemary and pepper into the skins pulp 7. Place in oven for another 10 minutes Serves: 3 Prep Time 20 minutes |
