Diabetic Turkey Burger with Feta
1 pound ground turkey breast 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 cup Parsley 1/2 cup Italian Seasoning 3/4 cup Ground Black Pepper Coarse Grind 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt 1 tablespoon brown or beer mustard 1 or 2 ounces feta cheese 4 toasted hamburger buns (optional) 4 slices tomato 4 slices red onion Directions: 1. Combine everything through feta cheese in a bowl 2. Divide mix into 4 burgers 3. Broil for 12-16 minutes, depending on your taste Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes |
