Burgers and Fries

Who doesn't love an out of this world burger with a side of fries. This spice set features some of our best selling burger and fry seasonings that we have developed with some of our wholesale restaurant customers. We have also received some great feedback from our backyard grillmasters who rave about the comments they get from friends and family when using these.

This spice set includes:

  1. Burger Blast - This was our first burger seasoning and was developed for us by one of our favorite Competition Barbecuers who happens to love a good burger too! We've use this seasoning in a couple of ways - we sprinkled it on the burgers and then pat it into the meat about an hour before grilling (like we would with many spice rubs); we also added it into our mix while making the burgers; we've added it during the cooking process and we've added it at every stage possible to layer in the flavor.
  2. Diablo Burger Seasoning - This burger seasoning came about after looking for some inspiration for a new seasoning blend. Reading an article about the 50 best burgers in America described not only the restaurant but also its signature burger and several of them mentioned a version of a Diablo Burger. After testing multiple versions we got this one just right - You’ll pick up a umami flavor followed by some smokiness, a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess and then finally a tiny bit of heat that will hit the back of your tongue.
  3. Chop House Burger Seasoning - For this burger seasoning I was looking to have more of an onion and garlic base. This blends highlights Californian grown roasted granulated garlic and toasted granulated onion. Roasted garlic has a bold, aromatic and almost sweet flavor profile with caramel undertones. While toasted onion seals in the lively, deep onion flavor while replacing the sharpness of traditional granulated onion with a warm, delicate aroma.
  4. Brewpub Garlic Fries Seasoning - Great French fries are not just fried potatoes. In one of my past lives I spent quite a bit of time working in a restaurant kitchen that prided itself on its best selling fresh-cut fries. I became intimately familiar with the arduous and painstaking attention to detail that was needed to create the prefect fresh, hand cut fry. More recently I was able to work with one of our favorite local brew pubs in developing this garlic fry seasoning as they made the decision to transition to fresh cut fries from frozen. They are thrilled with the feedback they have received since the switch.
