  4. Black Tellicherry Peppercorns - Considered one of the finest peppercorns in the world, Tellicherry black peppercorns are bold and balanced. There is a great cedar aroma that makes it a great option for fish and beef alike.
  5. Pondicherry Peppercorns - Highly valued and rare, Pondicherry peppercorns are the fully matured peppercorn plant. Almost sweet in flavor, this peppercorn is wonderful with shellfish and citrus fruits.
  6. Kampot Peppercorns - Famous for its jasmine undertones, Kampot peppercorns are an interesting enhancement to add to sweet dishes like ice cream.
  7. Sansho Pepper - Bright and citrusy, Sansho Peppercorns have been a star in Japanese cooking for centuries. Sansho Peppercorns are go great with chicken and shrimp.
  8. Sichuan Peppercorns - Another peppercorn misconception, Sichuan are actually the outer pod of a prickly ash bush. It’s earthy and lemony flavor is a key component in Chinese Five Spice, a blend that’s sprinkled on rice, veggies, and meat!
  9. Tasmanian Pepperberry - Tasmanian Pepperberries are similar to traditional black peppercorns, but with a hint more sweetness. It goes great with curries and cheeses.
  10. Mignonette Pepper - A mix of black peppercorns, white peppercorns, coriander seed and allspice berries, this blend balances a lot of flavor notes. This blend can stand up to larger cuts of meat such as lamb or beef, as well as potatoes and stews.
