Not Pure
Ingredients in package: Rice Flour, Asafoetida Powder, and Gum Arabic. I missed this description in the subtle "helpful hints," which also states tumeric is added.
Ordered this package believing the product to be pure Asafoetida Powder. However this is a diluted mixture. Not satisfied with purchase.
Rice flour is not gluten free.
