Great company and great product!
I ordered a hefty qty of the cinnamon sticks. The transaction was flawless. My wife and I use them for mainly morning coffee and occasionally other cooking. These are great sticks, they really smell good and they let out the cinnamon flavor in my coffee wonderfully.

LOVE CEYLON CINNAMON!!
For years I've made Cinnamon tea. When I needed to reorder, I found Ceylon Cinamon sticks online through Spices, Inc. I purchased 25 lbs and although it's expensive, I was exceptionally pleased with the service/delivery and the quality of the product. I wouldn't hesitate to order again in the future.

Cinnamon sticks
I use the soft cinnamon sticks for my cannoli cream every year. I was happy I found them online. A little disappointed in how small they were. They seem to get smaller every year. Many years ago when we would buy cinnamon sticks they were almost a foot long. But other than that I am very please that you had them.

I loved the taste of
I loved the taste of the cinnamon. I use it to make my tea and to add to Hibiscus drink when I am steaming the florwers along with allspice and clove. The only thing I would suggest is do not add the garlic strong aroma free packet with this type of spice. It impregnates the plastic bag.
