Great chilies, and not just for Indian cooking!
I really like these peppers - great flavor, and relatively mild, which is good - I can always add heat with other things, but almost everyone I know likes the things I use these in. An Indian lady I know really liked it, and she can't take most hot things I make. And when I was filling the jar I keep some in for the kitchen, the aroma made me think of the mold red chilies I use to make Thai red curry paste, so I set aside 3 oz - the amount used for that recipe - and it turned out great! Probably the best batch of Thai curry paste I've made.

Complex flavors
These Kashmiri peppers are spectacular! I added them to my Kashmiri Chicken. The spices Inc Kashmiris are not dry enough to grind into a powder so I chopped them in my blender. That worked great.
The flavors and color these peppers added to my chicken was grand. These peppers are not very hot but pack wonderful unique flavors.
I’m going to try them in my instant pot black beans. Next.

Wonderful flavor!
These have a really nice flavor and a relatively mellow heat. Worth picking up a few and using with other dried peppers for chili.

Kashmiri Peppers
Lovely dried peppers . I toasted and blended the peppers for my butter chicken and the flavor was delightful.
