Really delicious. I grew up eating ‘Kronos’ gyro in Chicago, this flavor profile is spot on. I made a huge gyro meatloaf, let it cool, sliced it into 1/2” pieces and pan seared it. My family LOVED it. Whip up some easy tsatsiki, warm a few pitas, and you’ve got a fantastic meal.
