I lived in New Mexico

Sandia Chile Powder
Fresh slightly citrus taste, and a great chile-pepper finishing aroma. The heat is mild enough to where quite a bit of Sandia can be added without the dish being too hot. Goes well with the earthy Hatch Mild, or as a spicy Southwestern substitute for Paprika.
