This is a really good blend for Corned Beef!
I bought this for home-curing corned beef. It helped produce some amazing results. Great flavor, slightly heavy on the clove which actually comes across quite well in the final product. Will definitely buy again.

we typically use your standard pickling spice to make our pork jerky so we thought we try the french version which was good but we feel the standard is superior the best we have ever used!
