Where is cracked pepper?

At 2 PM when you were closed I wrote customer service to add cracked pepper to the order number above that I had forgotten to include and to save additional frt. cost.
The order arrived without the cracked pepper.
Are you sending it ? Havent heard or seen a thing. Must must I order it again? Bum service for a repeat. customer.
Your website does not allow a fix to an order. It should allow that. or a cancel so it can be redone with the corrected item or items, size , etc.
