I don't eat fish, but did live in Seattle where everyone talked about the great salmon. When I saw this seasoning, I thought my sister would enjoy giving it a try. She loves it and says it was different from any other fish seasoning she's used. I wish I could give more detail on the flavor, but she could only describe it as different and delicious. Give it a try.

No Flavor
Lots of herb mix, but lacks flavor and taste. I had to add salt and pepper to my salmon. I live in the south where seasoning rules and this was a waste of money.
