OK for vanilla extract
Was expecting a vanilla extract that was made of alcohol & vanilla beans only, not an extract that had water & sugar added. I have started making my own now that is considered a Double fold vanilla extract. Will use this until mine is ready.

Couldn't tell any difference between organic and non-organic extract.
Wife and I had both types of vanilla extract on hand, made a batch of cookie dough, split it in half then added vanilla to each. There was no difference in taste at all. No one could tell the difference between the two types. Have been told the organic extract is of a higher quality and that may be, but there is no difference (except in the price) in the end results of the two extracts. First time I've been disappointed in a product sold by Spices, Inc.
