Shredded Coconut Flakes
It's not masked by excessive sweetness. I have used it in cakes and my guilty pleasure is to sprinkle it over ice cream. The quality of this coconut is unsurpassed.

Very Fresh
I was pleased to see how very fresh this coconut was when I got it. There was a problem with it, however. When I went to eat it I discovered that it smelled and tasted like chile peppers. I ended up discarding it because I didn't know how to rescue the flavor (if that would even be possible).
