You can't go wrong when switching to this Paprika, the richness of it comes though in every dish.
This is a major component of my custom blends I make for others and the physical appearance adds to the whole food experience.
I would recommend having a sifter handy given the nature of it, a fine ground & a slight moisture content, to help with the occasional small clumping.
Buy in bulk...you'll wish you did !

However, it smells so delicious that if it's not good, then my 61 years of living are in vain! i have rarely been wrong about taste and smell having a similar connection! from the smell it smells like the best smoke flavored food or product that you could imagine!
