18 Spice Chicken Rub
I salted the chicken before I cooked it, as this is a salt free mix. Excellent! The sweet spices really come through, even when salted.

18 Spice Chicken Rub
But it was included with my order as a sample, so I rubbed up a whole chicken and threw it in the smoker. WOW, that was fantastic, I will be ordering this with my next Spice Inc order. Dan

Tasty
Received a sample of this in a previous order. Used it with a whole chicken, roasted on a BBQ rotisserie. Made a paste of the spice packet mixed with olive oil and a couple pressed garlic cloves. Smeared the paste under the skin of the breast and thighs, then let it sit in the fridge for about 24 hours. The results were great. I will be ordering some more of this spice in my next order and look forward to trying it out on other variations. Adds another great option to the "what will I do with chicken this time" question.

18 Spice Chicken Rub
Marinated my boneless skinless chicken thighs, put in fridge for about 5 hrs., then baked in the convection oven since we have no stove. We are full time RVers.

18 Spice Chicken Rub
The aroma was enticing and we used it as a seasoning for fried chicken however the aroma was not equal to the flavor once the chicken was cooked. We found that the chicken needed salt once it was done. Maybe it holds up better with grilling rather than frying but this has not been an issue in the past.
