Did not disappoint
I sprinkled some of this on turkey thighs with some Citrus Seasoning and roasted them in the air frier. Gave the meat the subtle smokiness I was looking for. So delicious!

Such a delight!
This salt is so delicate in flake, but satisfyingly bold in smoky flavor. It is a spectacular finishing salt, lending a lovely topping to steak, tiny roasted potatoes, and many other dishes.
