I cannot eat garlic, an
I cannot eat garlic, an ingredient in most commercial sausages. This breakfast sausage seasoning has been a Godsend.
I now buy 2 lbs of ground turkey at a time and make my own breakfast sausage.
I use about 1level tablespoon of the seasoning per pound of turkey, and add a bit of fat ( ghee or room temperature butter) to maintain moisture when cooked. I form them into fairly thin patties and freeze them for later use, thawing out only I need in the microwave right before using and then frying them up on the stove until cooked and lightly browned.
They are much better tasting and considerably more economical than any of the frozen turkey and chicken breakfast sausages I used to get that were garlic-free. (And I was having a lot of trouble finding those in the store where I shop anyway -- They kept changing brands, replacing them with sausages that had garlic in them.) Now I never run out of breakfast sausage!

Breakfast sausage seasoning
This we got to use for vegan sausages and it is great. We got 5 pound size and will order it again. It is a tin bit on the spicy side so we just use a little less then our recipe calls for and it is perfect!
