Good blend works with any type of “milk� beverage. I have also be putting it in my oatmeal for a boost. Already seems to be working to help me relax and reduce some of my inflammation in my hip. Great, especially before bed. Handy since it’s a blend of all the spices.

Our Colorado winter has been exceptionally warm until this morning, this golden milk kept me cozy at my early morning meeting. I had bought a golden milk mix from another spice company and found it to be a bit “chunky�. This one was a more finely ground powder, making for a smoother drinking experience. I mixed mine with unsweetened cashew milk and just a little honey. So good!

Great spice company
This is a terrific spice company and this product is very tasty, just a little more on the very spicy side than I prefer due to digestive issues. And it takes a bit of time to prepare. That being said, I doubt that most people would have a problem with the level of spice. I haven't tried preparing it in the microwave to speed things up. I highly recommend this company.

New Experience
Generally speaking, it is a very nice flavor. Not having heard of it before, it was a fun, shot in the dark. My innocent taste buds would have preferred a lighter measure of black pepper. Even still, it's so good.
