I have never tried Himalayan
I have never tried Himalayan salt before now. My Naturopath recommended I begin adding it to my water and food so that I increase my mineral intake. The flavor is lovely; consequently, I drink way more water! The size of the salt works well with my salt grinder.

We use the Himalayan Pink
We use the Himalayan Pink Salt for cooking and on the table. It is a great flavor enhancer. It's non-clumping and pours easily into our salt grinder. Another benefit is that Himalayan Pink Salt has less sodium than white salt, so we consider it healthier.

no grind ad to food taste great . When ground turn to powder and works great on any meat or veggie . and its pink taste so much better then the none pink in color .
