Great Jerk!
Wow this stuff is great. Used it on chicken breasts, and added to ground turkey to make Jerky Turkey Burgers. It adds a nice smooth heat (and great taste) that's not overpowering, but you'll still get that kick.

Totally recommend!
I just used this one today! I made chicken wings with it and they were awesome. Just enough heat to know it’s there without knocking you out. I’ve missed that flavor combo since moving away from the south East. Now I don’t have too. Great blend of heat and actual flavor not just one over powering spice.

I have used this seasoning on chicken breasts, chicken wings, and whole chickens. I will season the meat before I freeze it. I add a little bit of vinegar and olive oil. The meat marinates while it is freezing and, when I am ready to use it, while it thaws.
