It's my go to spice

Great flavor but can become very spicy
I like the flavor of this. I can get that Chinese food taste but much healthier than takeout. However, it's hard to really add a lot without the dish becoming too spicy. It's not going to melt your mouth, but it can warrant a glass of water and tissue as your nostrils clear. I like to add this and let it reduce into a sauce which is why the spice becomes so concentrated. Incredible for turning plain veggies into flavorful dishes. Might experiment with adding a little more sugar to balance the heat. Has the perfect level of salt.

Great on tofu
I usually toss my tofu in this before stir frying it with veggies and lo mein, it is fantastic. The bright citrus flavors and ginger come out nicely.

Perfect balance of heat and citrus
Tried this on skinless chicken and plain ramen noodles. The heat stays with you without being overpowering and the ginger and citrus are the perfect amount. Not only does this taste great but it smells wonderful. One of my new favorites.
