New Mexico "Hatch" Chile Powder

New Mexico Chile Powder
The search was on for Hatch Chilies but to no avail. Then I found Spices Inc and bought. 1 lb bag of red chili powder. I needed a ful cup of the powder to recreate Carne Adovada. Turned out fantastic. No doubt the best around.
