Many grind sizes.
The size of grind is great to give you the pepper bite. It tastes as close to fresh ground as you can get without grinding it yourself. The selection of types and sizes are so good at Spices Inc.

Medium cut black pepper
I will forever re-order it. It not only tastes fantastic but when you unscrew the lid it SMELLS like black pepper should and always (to the bottom of the jar) is fresh and vibrant. I am a huge fan and when I send a gift to someone I use it as the gift along with another spice I think (I KNOW really) they will be delighted to use.
