Great Garlic Flavor
This is the 3rd time we've ordered this. It has a great flavor. Not bitter nor rank. Just a smooth consistent garlicky flavor. We use it as is, and also grind some for garlic powder. Also, let some soak in olive oil, and is great finish on dishes.
