Along with brown mustard seed in dals, along with other spices. I find all of your spices to be very fresh with delightful aromas. Love it when my box of spices arrive.

This is quite inferior quality of Cardamom. Taste is odd. Does not seem fresh. Very disappointed with this. Please find another source. If I could, I would give it a lower score.
