Citric acid is great

Great Stuff
I may be using it for things not intended, but it works. It is great for cleaning the calcium deposit out of coffee and teapots. I also use a tablespoon in the first rinse of the dishwasher. We have very hard water. I was without lemon juice and was making a powder sugar glaze, so I add 1/4 teaspoon citric acid and it added just the right amount of tang!
