Honey Chipolte is the best
I love Honey Chipolte on grilled salmon. Putting it on the last few minutes of grilling lets the Honey melt into the fish. Honey Chipolte is also good on sweet potatoes or yams. It is one of my favorites that I purchased from Spices Inc.

Honey Chipotle Rub
I should not have messed around with this already really good rub, but I did today. I added ground ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric to chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on) and rubbed them down refrigerating about 4 hours. Then I cooked them in a tajine. Temperature began at 325 for 25 minutes and then increased to 350 for about another 25 minutes. I let it rest and then served with rice and sauteed green beans and onions. I could open a food truck with this dish, it was that good.

Honey Chipotle Rub
I take chicken, put it in a zip lock bag, add this spice, and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
Then grill.......WOW!!
I just bought 5 lbs I use it so much.
Cant go wrong.

Honey Chipotle Rub
Along with a little smoked paprika, on skinless boneless chicken thighs. They're great on the grill or even indoors, under a broiler, cooked about 5 minutes per side and glazed with a little pure maple syrup mixed with a splash of cider vinegar for about a minute per side. I started with a recipe which included a rub blend of several spices, but Honey Chipotle Rub is way better. It's a delicious, easy, and it is one of our favorite meals.

Added the spice to a...stir fry! the combination with the other elements (including tamari soy sauce) made a big difference between a regular stir fry and a superb.
