So versatile!
I have been using this blend for years and keep coming back. It makes the perfect blend for adding to flour for coating fish filets and chicken. Try it in deviled eggs and on your egg dishes - this is why I keep coming back for more.

A really Good Black Pepper with a twist !
I really love Pennsylvania Pepper as an ingredient with other Rubs and a stand alone for other meats! The Black pepper, onion, garlic, red bell pepper and celery seed Combination is a perfect blend that i use on everything i would normally use Just BP for. Boston Butt, (Heavy crusted)- Pork Chops (Light Dusting)- Chicken Soups,stews and Mulls (1 to 1 black pepper replacement) Steak (Season as normally would)
Note: The Cracked black pepper is not a fine grind so you will get some larger bits that can over power a bite or two in some cases. So i ran mine though a grinder to get a fine consistency that is more for my taste.
