Mother Clucker Chicken Seasoning
Great addition to the spice pantry. I used it as a rub on pan-seared chicken thighs last night & the drippings made a fabulous roux. Complex & savory but not hot (add more red pepper flakes if that's your thing). 1-lb fills up an 8 oz jar plus 1-quart-jar.

What the Cluck?
It has a nice flavor, but I still have to use salt and pepper. I was kind of hoping that it would have everything, but that's okay. The flavors are really good. Use a lot, and just enjoy.
