Had some leftover dried Peruvian
Had some leftover dried Peruvian Beans (Canary Beans) and decided to make bean soup. Added Hill Country Chili Powder to it to see what flavor enhancement it would bring. Great taste with a touch of heat..definitely improved the soup. Because the soup was not as complex as other dishes, I did notice the slight flavor of all spice.

I have ditched the chili
I have ditched the chili seasoning packets in the store and now only buy this. I know its great quality and I can add my own salt without the added chemicals and additives more seasoning packets have. This is great stuff!

I developed a new BBQ
I developed a new BBQ sauce with this excellent blend of spices. The garlic & cumin through a nice flavor. I’ll also try the New Mexico peppers available.
