Smoke salty goodness as promised.
I live in an apartment. This means no open fire cooking and no grills of any kind on the balcony. Other than adding lq smoke, it is difficult to imitate grilled food with out weird chemical tastes. This salt does the job! It smells so good, like a bond fire in a jar. It is a little saltier than that kosher salt we normally use, but that is something one adjusts when using different salts. The smoke comes across nicely w/o being over powering. Worked well as cookie topper as well. This will be a part of the pantry now. Thanks, Spices Inc.

LOVE THIS STUFF
