Garam Masala
Inc., having never even used it before in my cooking. My husband and I absolutely adore it. My husband had a health scare so we've gone to more vegetarian and vegan choices of food, many of which are of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern origin. I put Garam Masala in just about every dish I make! The aroma is exquisite and the taste is wonderful, flavorful and well-balanced. I can't imagine not having it in my spice cabinet! Thanks so much for a wonderful Garam Masala! Disappointing. To get the fresh
Disappointing. To get the fresh favorable results I am looking for I have had to go back to grinding up and mixing individual spices for my own homemade Garam Masala blend.
