I LOVE it!
I haven't had a chance to use this seasoning until today. We generally save the spicier things for cooler weather. But I decided to make some zucchini chips out of the massive amounts of zucchini I grew this year and this seasoning is PERFECT on them.

Best Cajun Blend!!
I have bought this repeatedly over the years. I bought a pound this time to share with friends. They will be hooked!
I use it on everything from chicken to fish to sweet potatoes and sauted spinach!! It has great flavor and being able to control the salt is wonderful!

Wow - forget the supermarket salt blends!
Don't know how often Spices Inc. makes batches of their blends, but this one absolutely wow'd me along with the Creole blend I ordered at the same time.
So seemingly fresh and fragrant.
Magnificent! Just add your favorite ground chile powder to heat things up.
There are two popular salty blends that hail from Louisiana in many grocery stores. Forget them. Get this stuff!

Great flavor without being too hot
I mixed this with the Organic Adobo Lime Rub and extra virgin olive oil on a bunch chuck roasts, slow cooked all day, shredded then added barbeque sauce. It is fabulous! Shared with my neighbors to help out because one of them works in our local E.R., they love it too. Best wishes to all, stay safe and healthy.
