California Roasted Minced Garlic
I am so happy to find California grown garlic!! I figured out that the garlic being sold at the grocery stores was grown in China. I recall stories that a lot of China grown garlic contains very high concentrations of lead. I do not want my family to consume any lead. That is why I went to grea lenghths to find California grown garlic. That was my Christmas gift to many of my relatives - California grown garlic!!
