I use cracked Rosemary a lot and I was so pleased to see that I could order larger quantities that were fresher and less processed than store brands. We eat a lot of roasted vegetables and there's nothing better than a little olive oil and Cracked Rosemary coating the vegetables before roasting. I also use it on my chicken. It's very versatile and goes well with fish, chicken AND roasted veggies.

Fragrant and fresh!
Even though this rosemary is dried, it has excellent flavor and fragrance to it. Leaps and bounds above anything I've ever bought at the local grocery stores.

Great seasoning in so many dishes, but we especially love it on baked chicken, pork, and roasted potatoes. Has a good flavor; you can definitely detect it but not too strong. Fresh rosemary is always great to use, but in a pinch, this is a very close second !
