Very nice blending of flavors
Nice blend of flavors. The citrus is a medium background note and the smoke is mild not jump out and smack you in the nostrils and leave your hair smelling like you stood in front of the grill all day like some smoke infused products. It is just the right balance that really ties your side dishes to your protein.
