I love cooking with this
I love cooking with this salt - I use it in a grinder mostly, but will occasionally add a small pinch as a finishing salt (most recently on some thick cut fries).
The new chef’s size is perfect - small enough to store, but big enough that I won’t be running out anytime soon.
