Adobo Lime Rub Try it mixed with a little olive oil as a wet rub on swordfish. We added a little dry mustard and it was really good!

Adobo Lime Rub But lacks the strength of fresh tart lime I was expecting. Over all it's a good rub for chicken, beef and pork. Tastes great in jerky snack sticks
