Pasilla de Oaxaca chiles
Oh, the smell! If they made it into an air freshener, I'd be first in line to buy it. :)
Made a batch of chile sauce this week and it was magnificent. Only reason I didn't give a 5th star is that I noticed a few bugs in the chiles. I washed and cooked them thoroughly, but still, would prefer not to see critters in the first place.
