Looks like cinnamon
I was very disappointed with my batch. Used the cinnamon on very simple recipes where the cinnamon flavor should have been noticed. Used it on homemade waffle batter, knew I put it in but no flavor. Then a few days later put in oatmeal, again absolutely no cinnamon flavor. I absolutely adore cinnamon flavor, but this batch has none.
