Great seasoning

I'm on a no salt
I'm on a no salt kidney diet now and these spices are amazing so far. I haven't tried them all yet. It's taking some time getting used to how much to use though. Some you need to use more, others you need less of.

Bird was not the word
The spice mix smelled amazing and I couldn't wait to try it.
I pan roasted a nice chicken breast. It was juicy but to my palate, the taste was not what I was expecting. Also, when I went to reheat the leftover breast, the spice had turned into a gelatenous paste and the flavor had changed/ diminished! I was disappointed overall.
