They are chiles de arbol, but the fruits are small and much of the weight is likely stem mass.

NOT hot!
These chiles, as all of them, arrived in good condition. They were pliable and had no issues. However, they were not hot. Not at all. I added them to pozole to add heat...and they had no heat. Suggestions were to add 4 chiles. I added 18 of them!! NOT HOT! They had good flavor but don't buy these for heat.
