I just tried the mojo
I just tried the mojo seasoning as a rub on boneless pork chops. A little olive oil on the chops sprinkle on seasoning then grilled the chops. They were delicious with a hint of citrus and cumin.
So far I have enjoyed all seasonings from Spices Inc.

I would of gave it a 5 if it wasn’t for the overpowering cumin. Besides that it was great.

Mojo Seasoning
I ruined a whole smoked chicken because I didn't know about the pepper(corn) and how overwhelming it would be. Please consider grinding the pepper mire or just using ground pepper instead of the big pieces if pepper that aren't ground.
