This mix is fantastic on chicken and pork. It gives the chicken such wonderful flavor without being over bearing. The aroma of the chicken while it is cooking is amazing & mouthwatering. It takes boneless skinless chicken breast to a whole new level.

We love it, a level
We love it, a level teaspoon to a 1/4 cup of olive oil in a ziploc bag. Just add chicken pieces. I also add it to a pot of chili. It really enhances the flavor.

The Most Delicious Chicken
At first I was a little skeptical of the 18 spice chicken rub. The flavor profile was one that I wasn't familiar with or used to. I let it sit for awhile before using it. When I finally mustered up the courage to use it I was pleasantly surprised. I am now hooked and have been using it ever since. It makes a great seasoning for chicken. I even tried it with my mother who is going through cancer treatment and has lost her sense of taste. She declared that it was delicious!

Smoked chicken
This is a very good rub for chicken instead of BBQ sauce when you begin to get tired of saucy chicken all summer. I smoke a lot of chicken in my smoker and I'm always looking for a great rub instead of sauce. This is one of the first I've found. I am looking forward to trying Spices Inc other chicken rubs.
