It imparts a unique flavor that is a nice surprise. Excellent on pork loin. This rub reminds both of us to a similar rub we had a food festival in Jamaica a few years back.

Not what I expected
I was expecting a rich coffee flavor in this rub but it isn't there. The flavor is more flat coffee grounds with spices, doesn't add a lot of flavor to a steak.

Having had coffee rubbed pork chop at a restaurant, I was excited to try this. The flavor was not really what I was expecting, but it added a nice peppery flavor. I put it on a ribeye and am excited to try it on other grill meats this summer.
