Make amazing roasted sweet potatoes
This is my go-to when roasting sweet potatoes. Are use it for all sorts of other things and have used it to barbecue meats. It has such a good flavor of smoky and sweet.

Miss the bourbon rub, but this is a close second!
I used the bourbon molasses rub for a while, and loved it! I make bacon wrapped BBQ chicken breasts, and this is the best rub on it before grilling. Makes the chicken sweet and smoky, and the right amount of sticky!! YUM!
